The Settlement Fee service provides comprehensive support after obtaining the visa, ensuring a smooth transition to the new country. It includes assistance in finding and securing accommodation, guidance with essential paperwork and documentation, as well as support with initial inquiries. Additionally, it helps with the first steps of settling in, offering vital information and helping clients integrate efficiently into their new environment.
Cancellation Policy
I. Booking Rules 1.1.Advance Booking: Appointments must be booked at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability. 1.2.Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of payment or deposit, as specified at the time of booking. 1.3.Details Submission: Clients are required to provide a brief overview of their needs or goals for the consultancy session when booking. II. Cancellation Policy 2.1.No Refunds: All cancellations are non-refundable, regardless of the notice period. 2.2.Cancellations Notice: Clients are encouraged to provide at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations to allow for potential rescheduling. III. Rescheduling Policy 3.1. Free Rescheduling: Clients can reschedule their session once, free of charge, by providing at least 48 hours’ notice. 3.2. Short Notice Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests made within 24–48 hours before the session will incur a rescheduling fee of 20% of the session fee. 3.3. Last-Minute Requests: Rescheduling less than 24 hours before the session is not allowed, and the session will be considered forfeited. IV.Late Arrivals and No-Shows 4.1.Late Arrivals: Sessions will still end at the scheduled time, and no extensions will be provided. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may forfeit their session. 4.2.No-Shows: If a client does not attend the session without prior notice, it will be treated as a forfeited session without refund or rescheduling. V. Additional Terms 5.1.Emergency Cancellations: In case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, emergencies), clients may request a special review for rescheduling but not for a refund. 5.2.Service Provider Rights: The consultant reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to emergencies, with full communication to the client and an option for alternative scheduling.
